Pomegrape

Pomegranate is known not just for its sweet tart resemblance of cranberry, but also its rich antioxidants and anti-inflammation properties. As the flavour is generally soft, the refreshing juice of white grape is layered in to rekindle the berry hint and to give an edge of sweet crisp vine aftertaste. To keep both flavours linger a little longer in the palate, the white chia seeds are introduced to the mix to give the aspect of pomegranate pith and also to give a slight edge of sweet nuttiness.
