Retrospect of Hokkaido spring of warm musky sensation, sending a timeless wandering mood in the purple clouded field

Inspired by the Hokkaido’s lavender soft serve ice-cream, this recipe seized the spring floral of mint and rosemary hints of lavender and gently flushed it neutral through a flavorsome sweetness of white chocolate. The rolled barley bits is introduced to give a mild nutty texture to serve as a reminder of an earthy field trip.
